ABOUT THE EVENT

Is this for YOU?     Yes, if you’re ready to reclaim your health and shape-shift. 

What is the retreat?     An experiential program with education on reclaiming your health…including what SHAPE is and is not, tools for success, question and answer sessions, meditation, small group activities and time with the experts plus an optional exercise/movement session on Saturday morning.

Fee:  $247 until 3/18/18 (includes all SHAPE approved meals and snacks, single room occupancy and the Rediscover the New YOU Immersion)
